This time BJP has given ticket to Sushma Swaraj’s daughter Bansuri Swaraj on this seat. Somnath Bharti has been given ticket by India Alliance. Before this, BJP’s Meenakshi Lekhi was MP from this seat twice.
Local BJP leader Ajay Sharma said that BJP candidate Bansuri Swaraj is the trust of sisters and daughters. The people here believe that Bansuri Swaraj will solve the problems of sisters and daughters well. He is a capable and promising candidate. On the question of Meenakshi Lekhi’s ticket being canceled, Ajay Sharma said that candidates keep changing. If it is not in the public interest and there is public opposition then the candidate is changed. The decision to change the candidate is the decision of the party high command. Bansuri Swaraj will win by a long margin and huge votes.
Opposition representative KS Pandey said that BJP has been in power for 10 years. The country is suffering from unemployment, increasing debt, inflation etc. in the last 10 years. Whoever the candidate may be. The public is busy bidding farewell to BJP. There should be change in democracy after 10 years. No matter who comes here, it is difficult for the lotus to bloom on this seat this time.
Congress leader Nanakchand said that the election promises made by BJP are absolutely false. Where are those days when Modi ji used to say that Rs 15-15 lakh will be sent to the public’s account. Congress leaders have sacrificed for the country. BJP is not coming anywhere. Here the alliance candidate will win. On this, Congress will become the Prime Minister. BJP is luring the public. Whoever does not support them will be sent to jail.
BJP leader Ajay Sharma said that Congress is claiming that they will become the Prime Minister, but it is a marriage procession without a groom. There are 70 people roaming around wearing masks, neither of them have the intelligence nor the looks to become the Prime Minister. If BJP’s talk of Rs 15 lakh was a jumla then why did the people choose BJP again in 2019. We had won in 2019 also and we are going to repeat the same in 2024.
